Functional Fitness is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. Our Functional Fitness Program in Orlando is designed to be scalable in every way so everyone can participate in the workouts. Functional exercises like squats, weightlifting, biking, skiing, and a number of bodyweight exercises are used in our workouts. At Independence Fitness in Orlando you’ll see barbells, dumbbells, bikes, rowing machines, medicine balls, and boxes. Exercises are combined meticulously so our members get a different style of workout on a regular basis. Our classes are an hour long and led by our trainers. Generally classes include a warm up, skill and or strength session, high intensity phase, and cool down.
