Introducing our November Athlete of the Month Tanisha Delacruz!
Tanisha first got into Functional Fitness because she wanted to be healthier. Her favorite part of Independence Fitness is working with people who are like-minded and that everybody supports each other. Tanisha has been doing Functional Fitness for seven months now.
When she was in high school she was on the track team, she participated in sprints, not long distance. Tanisha’s favorite movement is back squats because she likes having strong legs. Outside of the gym Functional Fitness has helped Tanisha by improving her mood, giving her structure, and improving her mindset.
Tanisha works as a health care administrator, she oversees all the programs. One of Tanisha’s long and short-term goals is to get pull-ups down!
