After 4 years of training in a regular gym, Josie started missing the Crossfit intensitive workouts. Josie’s favorite part about CFI is how we push each other to reach our goals. Josie did Functional Fitness in Puerto Rico for a year and then had a four-year break from it, she has now been with CFI for 6 months! Josie’s favorite movements are burpees and wall balls, it’s a love/hate relationship, she hates it and she loves it because she likes to push herself to the limit.
Functional Fitness has helped Josie outside of the gym by helping her release stress and has influenced her to have a positive attitude! Josie currently works as an assistant manager at a bank! One goal that Josie is trying to reach is double-unders, pull-ups and handstand push-ups! Keep up the great work!
